Show Some Love For Our Homeless

Toronto’s homeless crisis is so bad that Toronto has declared it to be an emergency. With on average of 297 people a night being turned away from the city’s shelters and over 5 homeless people dying every week.

Founded by Ryan Donais, TinyTinyHomes is a non-profit organization - and a loving and innovative approach - providing mobile, sustainable emergency shelters to offer dignity, safety, and hope to those experiencing homelessness.

In recent effort to stop the Toronto City Council removing these shelters from the city I was invited by Moral Communications to help TinyTinyHomes rally for support. They had just 7 days warning to remove the shelters, with the ironic deadline of February 14th, a day of love!

Show Some love For The Homeless became our public advocacy campaign, which asked the City Council to choose compassion over enforcement, created significant support on social media, with the story being covered by all major local and national media networks and publications, and over 27,000 signatures on change.org in less than 48 hours.

Please follow and give love here TinyTinyHomes.
